Pseudohypoaldosteronism (PHA) type II is an extremely rare disorder which presents with hypertension, hyperkalemia, and normal anion gap metabolic acidosis. PHA II is also known as familial hyperkalemic hypertension, Gordon syndrome, and chloride shunt syndrome.
