Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS) and sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF) are rare tumors with distinct sets of morphological features, both characterized by MUC4 immunoreactivity. Tumors exhibiting features of both entities are considered hybrid LGFMS-SEF lesions.
