Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF) is an aggressive soft tissue sarcoma, characterized by a distinctive epithelioid phenotype in a densely sclerotic collagenous stroma, that shows frequent MUC4 immunoreactivity and recurrent gene fusions, often involving EWSR1 gene.
