Eleven-nineteen leukemia (ENL) is a chromatin reader present in complexes stimulating transcriptional elongation. It is fused to mixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) in leukemia, and missense mutations have been identified in Wilms tumor and acute myeloid leukemia.
