We comparatively analyzed serially autopsied, elderly Japanese patients (n = 2205) with pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasias (PanINs) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDACs) on the basis of their pancreatic lesions, clinical information, and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
