Purpose: Patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm grade-3 (PanNEN-G3) show variable responses to platinum-based chemotherapy. Recent studies indicated that PanNEN-G3 includes well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor with G3 (NET-G3).
