The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of a polymorphism rs4705341 in the flanking region of miR-143/145 on the risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). The rs4705341 polymorphism was analyzed in 1002 cases and 1062 controls using a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method.
