Sarcomas arising in the sinonasal region are uncommon and encompass a wide variety of tumor types, including the newly described biphenotypic sinonasal sarcoma (BSNS), which is characterized by a monomorphic spindle cell proliferation with dual neural and myogenic phenotypes.
