Calreticulin (CALR) mutations were recently identified in patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET) and primary myelofibrosis (PMF) devoid of JAK2 and MPL mutations. We evaluated the clinical, laboratory, and molecular features of a Taiwanese population of patients with ET.
