Apoptosis resistance contributes to poor outcome in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Here, we identify a novel synergistic combination of Smac mimetic BV6 and glucocorticoids (GCs) (ie, dexamethasone, prednisolone) to trigger apoptosis in ALL cells.
