In this meta-analysis, we aimed to clarify the impact of Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) rs10758669 polymorphisms on ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) risk. Data were extracted, and pooled odd ratios (ORs) as well as 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs) were calculated.
