In this study, we estimated the association between the inferred haplotypes in the inflammation, DNA repair, and folate pathways, and developed risk models for Hodgkin lymphoma. The study population consisted of 200 Hodgkin lymphoma cases and 220 controls. A susceptible association was observed on the XPC gene with haplotype CT (rs2228001 and rs2228000), and a protective association was observed on the IL4R gene...
