Selective activation of serotonin 5-HT(1A)-receptors produced different effects on immunological reactivity in mice of ASC strain with genetic predisposition to depressive-like behavior, and parental CBA and AKR strains displaying no depressive reactions. Administration of 5-HT(1A)-receptors agonist 8-OH-DPAT at low dose (0.1 mg/kg) affecting upon presynaptic receptors resulted in immunostimulation in CBA mice...
