Nuclear Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase phosphatase (CaMKP-N/PPM1E) is an enzyme that dephosphorylates and downregulates multifunctional Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases (CaMKs) as well as AMP-dependent protein kinase.
