Desmoid fibromatosis is a rare, locally aggressive fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumor that occasionally involves children. We examined a series of pediatric desmoids for CTNNB1 mutations, seen in sporadic tumors, and APC germline mutations, associated with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP).
