To evaluate age-related differences in histopathologic and molecular profile of glioblastomas (GBMs) at various age groups, with special reference to TP53 mutation, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) amplification, EGFR vIII mutant, PTEN deletion, and IDH1 mutation.
