PURPOSE OF REVIEW: The review summarizes the recent findings relevant to the clinical management, genetic predisposition, and molecular mechanisms implicated in Paget's disease of bone (PDB). RECENT FINDINGS: PDB is characterized by focal regions of increased bone remodeling and abnormal bone architecture.
