PURPOSE: Our previous study showed that expression of NLRR3 is significantly high in favorable neuroblastomas (NBL), whereas that of NLRR1 is significantly high in unfavorable NBLs. However, the molecular mechanism of transcriptional regulation of NLRR3 remains elusive.
