We report karyotypic analysis of 24 male germ cell tumors (GCTs) with clonally abnormal karyotypes biopsied from testicular and extragonadal lesions from 20 patients belonging to the histologic categories seminoma, teratoma, embryonal carcinoma, choriocarcinoma, and endodermal sinus tumor.
