Previously, we demonstrated that survivin expression is CBP/β-catenin/TCF-dependent. Now, using NCI-H28 cells, which harbor a homozygous deletion of β-catenin, we demonstrate that survivin transcription can similarly be mediated by nuclear γ-catenin.
