Susceptibility to bicuculline-induced seizure onset and tonus was increased in LS and SS mice after adrenalectomy (ADX). Replacement with 10% corticosterone (CCS) in ADX animals resulted in a return to seizure latencies equal to those of sham-operated (SHAM) mice.
