Secretion of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) by cloned variants of QR fibrosarcoma or of Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) did not correspond with their in vivo aggressive behavior. However, aggressiveness may be influenced by tumor responsiveness to PGE2.
