In order to examine the possibilities of carrier detection and prenatal diagnosis in hemophilia A and B in the Chinese region of Suzhou, we analyzed four different RFLPs within the factor IX gene and two intragenic RFLPs and one extragenic RFLP for the factor VIII gene.
