trans-beta-Ethylstyrene 7,8-oxide, a substrate of cytosolic epoxide hydrolase, and 4-fluorochalcone oxide, an inhibitor of this enzyme, were investigated on induction of sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) in human lymphocytes.
