BACKGROUND & AIMS: Repulsive guidance molecule member A (RGMA) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein and axon guidance molecule that signals through its receptor, neogenin (NEO1), a homologue of the deleted-in-colorectal cancer (DCC) gene.
