BACKGROUND: To clarify early correlates and natural history of HIV long-term nonprogressors (LTNPs) since HIV diagnosis. METHODS: Patients enrolled in the French ANRS SEROCO/HEMOCO cohort with CD4 count >500 cells/mm3 at HIV diagnosis.
