OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between CCR5 delta32 gene polymorphism and condyloma acuminata. METHODS: We used polymerase chain reaction to amplify the CCR5 gene fragments in 60 patients with condyloma acuminata and 50 age- and sampling date-matched controls, and compared the difference of genotypes between these two groups.
