OBJECTIVE: To determine if epigenetic-modifying drugs can increase iodine uptake in thyroid carcinoma cell lines. STUDY DESIGN: Human thyroid carcinoma cell lines were tested for iodine uptake before and after treatment with epigenetic-modifying agents.
