OBJECTIVES: To examine the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 1A1 (CYP1A1), glutathione S-transferase class mu (GSTM1), and tumour protein p53 (TP53) genes, and gallbladder cancer (GBC) risk, a case-control study was conducted.
