Tumours develop from clonally expanded population of cells harbouring aberrations of oncogenes and tumour suppressor genes. In this study, metaphase and array comparative genomic hybridization showed good correlation of aberration profiles in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines from patients with different tobacco exposure.
