AIMS: To investigate the association of CYP2C9*3 and *6 with hyperlipidaemia in Chinese. METHODS: Four hundred and seventy-six Chinese participated in the study, including 211 uncomplicated hyperlipidaemic patients and 265 healthy controls. PCR-RFLP was used to identify CYP2C9*3 and *6.
