This report here is the case of a 52-year-old male patient who suffered from extremely severe haematological toxicities (G4 neutropenia, G4 thrombocytopenia) while undergoing Xelox (Xeloda + Oxaliplatin) treatment for his multifocal hepatocarcinoma.
