Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is reported in some studies to be associated with increased glucocorticoid (GC) sensitivity. Two common glucocorticoid receptor (GR) polymorphisms (N363S and BclI) appear to contribute to the population variance in GC sensitivity.
