OBJECTIVE: To assess the association of five types of fucosyltransferase gene (Fuc-T), the important biosynthesis gene of sialylated carbohydrate antigens (Sialyl Lewis A, Sialyl Lewis X), with metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
