Trough concentrations of cyclosporine (CsA) in whole blood were measured by specific monoclonal 3H-radioimmunoassay (S-RIA) and compared with those obtained by monoclonal fluorescence polarization immunoassay (S-FPIA) in 89 transplant recipients.
