Resveratrol, a polyphenol compound found in grapes and red wines, is a prominent anti-cancer agent. In this study, we demonstrate that resveratrol enhanced TNF-alpha, IL-12 and IL-1beta production from LPS activated phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) differentiated THP-1 human macrophages.
