The Saccharomyces cerevisiae DPP1-encoded diacylglycerol pyrophosphate phosphatase is a vacuole membrane-associated enzyme that catalyzes the removal of the beta-phosphate from diacylglycerol pyrophosphate to form phosphatidate, and it then removes the phosphate from phosphatidate to form diacylglycerol.
