The Saccharomyces cerevisiae DPP1-encoded diacylglycerol pyrophosphate phosphatase catalyzes the dephosphorylation of diacylglycerol pyrophosphate to form phosphatidate and Pi. The enzyme also dephosphorylates phosphatidate to form diacylglycerol and Pi.
