OBJECTIVE: To analyse the association of apolipoprotein E genotypes with Alzheimer's disease in Chinese population. METHODS: Using PCR and restriction enzyme digestion, we have analyzed ApoE allele frequency of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients and healthy controls.
