We investigated the association of the antibody response to myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) and myelin basic protein (MBP) with human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class II alleles in 41 patients with sporadic multiple sclerosis (MS) and 12 multiplex MS families.
