Expression profiling by cDNA-AFLP is commonly used to display the transcriptome of a specific tissue, treatment or developmental stage. In this paper, cDNA-AFLP has been used to study transcripts expressed in segregating populations from Arabidopsis thaliana and potato (Solanum tuberosum).
