The effects of apolipoprotein E (apoE) phenotype and glycemic regulation on plasma levels of lipids and lipoproteins, low density lipoprotein (LDL) composition, LDL particle size, and LDL oxidation were examined in 35 type 1 diabetic children aged 5-12 years.
