Abstract excerpt

Isozyme polymorphism was used for identification of apricot cultivars. 34 cultivars of 38 studied ones had unique genotype profiles for allelic composition of the AAT-1, EST-1, EST-2, SOD-1, LAP-1, PX-2 loci and AMY phenotypes. All regionized and being under State sort testing cultivars of hybridous origin were differentiated. Cultivars of clonal selection were identified regarding cultivars type.
