We performed nonparametric linkage analysis on 136 families with two or more siblings with schizophrenia from Sichuan, southwestern China. In addition to categorical diagnosis, we used quantitative trait information from the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale and the modified Overt Aggression Scale.
