The genotoxic effects of bidi smoke were investigated in the somatic chromosomes of 45 men habituated to smoking bidi. Mitotic index (MI), chromosomal aberrations (CA), sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) and satellite associations (SA) were used as parameters.
