The second exons of the HLA-DQB1 genes in 55 patients with Pathological Myopia were amplified and then digested with ApaI, Bsp1286I, BsaHI, BssHII, HaeII, HaeIII, HpaII, RsaI to determinate the genotypes and the allele frequencies.
