<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background</bold> Sudden cardiac death (SCD) due to idiopathic ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation is a catastrophic disease. Its genetic basis is heterogeneous and has been rarely addressed in Asia.
