Invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma (ISMC) is a rare gynecologic malignancy. Previous studies suggested that ISMC was a morphologic variant of invasive cervical adenocarcinoma. The clinicopathologic features and prognosis of eight cases of ISMC are presented. Clinical symptoms and imaging were atypical.
