[Association between invasive stratified mucinous carcinoma of the cervix and human papillomavirus genotypes].

目的： 探讨宫颈浸润性复层产生黏液的癌（invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma，ISMC）的病理特征以及ISMC与人乳头瘤病毒（human papillomavirus，HPV）型别感染之间的关系。 方法： 回顾性收集参加2011年全国多中心宫颈腺癌项目的58例ISMC患者病理组织切片。使用2020年WHO宫颈腺癌分类标准对所有病理资料进行复阅。HPV DNA分型通过SPF10-DEIA-LiPA25体系检测。 结果： 58例ISMC患者有31例（53.4%）被诊断为单一型，27例（46.6%）混合型。国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）分期为Ⅰ期42例（77.8%），Ⅱ期及以上12例（22.2%，P=0.01）。所有ISMC患者全组织切片均检出HPV...
