Soft tissue sarcomas in neonates are rare and heterogeneous tumors. We report an aggressive neonatal undifferentiated round cell sarcoma with a YWHAE:NUTM2B fusion. The tumor was identified antenatally and the neonate underwent surgical resection at four days of age.
